The ‘WRITE’ Model

Here’s an easy-to-remember model I’ve created that combines writing & positive psychology.

It’s called WRITE. If you want to get started writing for happiness, I hope it provides a helpful structure for thinking about the ways writing can increase wellbeing.

Writing helps us understand ourselves & others better.

Writing can encourage recognition of our strengths and help us pursue them.

Writing is a way of being more mindful of & engaged with daily life.
